It's way to early for her to have the baby, but they are hoping she can hold out till Friday when she will be 34 weeks then. Regardless of wiether the baby is ready or not they WILL have the baby then. That is the longest they can keep the baby inside after her water broke. They are giving her steriods to mature the baby's heart & lungs faster, meds to calm my sister and deal with the contractions and meds to stop the contractions. Unfortunately the contractions HAVE NOT stopped and are coming in stronger so they are trying something else for meds. If they can not stop it, ready or not they will be forced to have the baby then.
